Warranty for the IT1 bluetooth eaplugs

This warranty covers the comfort and manufacturing defects of the earplugs for three years and the electronics for two years.

Custom-made earplugs warranty 3 years

This warranty covers comfort and material for three years. In case of a defect, your device will be remanufactured based on the initial ear impressions and model.

Electronics warranty 2 years

This warranty covers the electronics for two years. if a malfunction occurs, one of our experts must conduct an equipment diagnosis before approving the replacement of the electronic components.
